Grand Global Hotel

The local dishes buffet was really good, almost like eating a homemade meal. I was there for a conference, though, and the halls felt a bit small. The walls aren't soundproof at all, so you can hear whatever's happening in the next room 😔.

Some days the local food buffet was fair, but on others it was really horrible. We were there for a week of team training, and the rooms were dirty and unkempt. Everyone stayed one night, then found somewhere else to sleep for the rest of the days. This wasn't the first time, either. They'd promised to improve, but didn't.

I came early to pick up some things from the customer in room 312. The security guys treated me well and sent me to reception, where the receptionist called the customer. The customer told her to take me to room 312. There, the customer ampadde one bag with some Ethiopian culture clothes inside. I carried it out to where I'd left my boda guy, and that's when the short ugly Lady started shouting at me as if I were a thief and using abusive words. This ki hotel has disgusted me because of how she harassed me at the gate. Why hire unprofessional workers like her? Abusing people isn't right, and I don't think this lady is well behaved enough to work as a supervisor at such a big hotel.

The manager stayed available and watched over everything to make sure it was all in place. I was coordinating with the Hotel team on behalf of a couple as they shared a meal with their wedding guests, and the memory still feels fresh. The food and serving team did excellent work too, arriving on time even with urgent orders. Thank you for the good work.
