We held a meeting for 20 people in one of the meeting rooms. It was very quiet, the service was prompt, and the surroundings were clean. During the day you can see Lake Victoria, and at night the view of Lit Kampala is breathtaking. The buffet was tasty and well priced.

I stayed for 7 days, and the room service was very poor. The rooms were dirty and badly maintained. I first checked into the extension, which was poorly lit and didn't feel secure. After moving to the main hotel, I still found dirty rooms. I ordered chicken and chips à la carte, but they served me leftovers. It felt like sleeping in a village home.
