The breakfast was so good, and the rooms were reasonably priced. It's always clean and quiet inside, and the daytime team gave good customer care. I enjoyed my stay at hotel, though I was disappointed by how rude the team I encountered at night was.

The tall front desk manager gave me a warm welcome, and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were affordable.

This business is a big help to many people, and I'd definitely recommend it.

I arrived with a booking, but they told me there was no room and sent me to another hotel. Trip.com and the agent discussed it, then the hotel agreed to cancel the booking while Trip.com booked another hotel as compensation. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. They let the booking be cancelled but at the same time accepted and gave me a room. When I spoke with them, they wouldn't let me leave, saying I had already checked in. What kind of way is that to run a hotel?

The service was really good, and the atmosphere was lovely.
