The hotel is good, but the laundry service let me down. The clothes I was waiting to wear to an official meeting were still dirty when I got them back after 24 hours, even though I’d paid for the service. I had no choice but to wear them again 😭😓

The location made it easy to get to nearby attractions, and the dining options were superb. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a cozy feel and modern amenities. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure my needs were met promptly. I’d highly recommend Hotel Rush, and I’ll definitely return.

The building has loads of character and history, and the fine dining 😋🤤 was a treat. The staff were so welcoming and attentive that they made us feel at home. My stay at Hotel Ruch Kampala was nothing short of perfect. THIS PLACE IS A GEM.

The staff’s warm hospitality and the luxurious rooms made my stay unforgettable, and the city views were breathtaking. U.Hotel Rush Kampala went beyond what I expected. Five stars don’t cover it, this was a ten-star experience.

After three nights at Hotel Ruch in kampala, I left with mixed feelings. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. It’s a solid 3-star stay that gets the job done, though it wasn’t exceptional.
