The saxophone night was fun, and my husband, baby, and I enjoyed our stay. We'd come back when we're in the area. The pool and sauna were lovely, and the quiet garden felt comfortable and private. Food was good, too. The hotel is on a fairly calm road, so the setting isn't too noisy. Staff were welcoming, and our room was tidy and comfortable for a child. It had warm shower water and a little kitchen with a fridge, paculator, tea, and sugar, handy for making a quick cup whenever we wanted. Maybe a buffet on certain days or at certain times would be a nice addition. Thanks, Infinity, I recommend it.

The chef did a great job. My team said the food was delicious and well seasoned, so kudos to them. The online photos didn't reflect what the team found. They'd booked about a month ahead, but were still given a dirty room with dirty sheets. They were moved to another room, though the service around it felt very unprofessional. Please work on that.

I felt safe throughout my stay at Infinity Hotel, and the cleanliness was consistently excellent in both the rooms and shared areas. I stayed from March 14, 2025, to March 24, 2025, and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The service made the visit enjoyable. I'd highly recommend Infinity Hotel to anyone visiting Uganda for its service, cleanliness, and security.

The location made getting around Kampala easy, and the prices felt reasonably affordable for the value. My wife and I stayed at Infinity Hotel Kampala for 8 days and had a fantastic time. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, which made us feel at home. The pool, sauna, and steam room were all nice amenities. Saturday evenings were a highlight, with an entertaining live band. They're upgrading the outdoor area at the moment, which shows they're working to improve the guest experience. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Kampala.
