The place was clean and organized, and the setup suited the price. I worked on some revisions here and found the service staff friendly. Waiters and waitresses could use ongoing training to keep service standards up. Generally, I'd recommend it.

I haven't stayed there yet, but the hotel handled my cancellation professionally. I had booked with free cancellation and tried to cancel after the cancellation deadline, yet they kindly cancelled without a fee. Communication by phone was excellent and in English. I look forward to staying there when I get to Kampala.

I couldn't sleep the first night and then changed rooms. The place was bad in every way I encountered, from the rooms and service to the toilets, cold-only shower, towels, and WiFi. Management should take these issues seriously.

Hot water from the solar system was available all the time. The meals were great, and the rooms were clean and well lit, with a good ambience and customer service. A great place to stay while doing business in Kampala.

Their rooms were always neat, and I liked that the place is close to the city center.
