Star Hotel and Casino

This is one of the neatest casinos I’ve visited so far. The food is fabulous, and there’s a good range of drinks. Food and drinks are free while you’re playing. The floor sebos are courteous and friendly, and nobody tries to take extra advantage. I love it.

I stayed for two weeks. The rooms were very nice, but the service from staff was terrible. My food orders were always wrong, and it seemed they were overcharging me, so I eventually stopped buying from the restaurant. The room sizes are generous: a single is nearly a double, and the double bed is extra, extra large, big enough for three or four people.

There’s little help for guests, and the security staff seem unconcerned. It feels like the casino gets all the attention while hotel guests are overlooked. Cigarette smoke is everywhere, and the place doesn’t feel homey. Breakfast was poor. Nobody served it on time, and the next day it came cold, in a small basement restaurant. Most rooms are cramped and have no windows.

I liked how the rooms are arranged, and the hotel has lovely scenery. Its location is convenient, making it a good place to catch up with friends after work.
