The bed and breakfast arrangement was inconsistent. Even though I was with a partner, they brought breakfast for just one person. Getting basic service was also a problem. I had to ask for fresh sheets and for the room to be cleaned, and staff didn’t keep track of how many sodas I ordered, leaving me to tell them the amount. The wool blanket smelled awful, like someone had urinated on it and it hadn’t been cleaned. Hot water was supposedly included, but there wasn’t any during the day or at night. There’s only one boiler for more than 25 rooms.

The guest house is nice, but there was no hot water. A window was left open until 1 am, so mosquitoes got inside. Staff could use customer service training.
