I found the place calm, tidy, and secure, with well-kept rooms and professional staff. Service was great from check-in through checkout. I'd be happy to visit again.

The place feels reliable and private, with cameras for safety, stable Wi-Fi that rarely drops, and good infrastructure. Someone is always there to welcome you, and the customer care is good. They also serve nice food that gives a luxurious feel.

The privacy and safety issue was serious. While we were asleep, the receptionist opened our room with a different key card without knocking. If we'd stepped out or been in a compromising situation, that could have been even worse. It's completely unacceptable. Service was poor from the start. We were told the hotel doesn't provide basic things like tissue, and when we asked for a clean towel, they said it would cost an extra 20,000. The staff behavior and lack of basic hospitality were extremely disappointing. Management needs to address this, because service like this will hurt the business. This happened today, 14th February.

Very welcoming and friendly, with some of the cleanest, best rooms around wakaliga. The meals were nice, and I had the best mongo juice this morning. Prices are affordable too.
