The patio outside is a nice place to sit with friends under the trees. One evening I wanted to go to a nearby store for snacks, and the guard insisted on walking with me. He helped me find good shops, negotiated prices, and pointed out some great street food. The staff and management were great, the cleaners were reliable and helpful, and there were guards on duty, so it felt very secure. Breakfast was good too, with fresh fruit, bread, and juices. The prices are great, and I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

Warning, don’t stay here. While we were away, someone used keys to enter our rooms and stole all our valuables, including laptops, money, and perfumes. We’d left the keys with the two receptionists, and there was no sign of a break-in. The management and owner still refused to help, take responsibility, or offer compensation. This was my worst experience in Uganda. It doesn’t feel safe.

All our valuables were stolen, including computers, phones, money, a power bank, chargers, and personal items. I think the people inside the hotel are corrupt. I strongly recommend against spending time here. Don’t go, it feels risky to be there.

It’s a wonderful place to visit with friends and family, and I loved it. The customer attendants are good, and the location along the road makes it easy to reach the city and other roads.
