Days Inn Lira

The restaurant could use some refinements. I didn’t try the gym or sauna, though there was an electronic cyclette in the room, but it had no batteries. The rooms are spacious, fresh, and comfortable, some with a nice view, and the hotel is very close to the bus station.

Cozy, exquisite, and expensive, that about sums it up. It’s well placed for reaching the nearest travelling bus on time, and security is above average. They sell some of the best tea around town. Just don’t mix it up with the nearby Garden Inn.

The restaurant wasn’t that good, though the place itself was okay. The rooms are a little small but manageable. Each has a fan and mosquito net, so you can get a comfortable night’s sleep.

It’s an interesting, pocket-friendly hotel right in Lira district’s city centre, next to a petrol station and Gaga bus terminal.
