Emma, the manager, deserves a huge thank you for going out of her way to help us with everything. The place felt safe, cozy, and clean, and the rooms come at different prices for different budgets. One of our best hospitality experiences in Uganda.

The trees around the compound keep it shady and cool, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The showers worked well, with hot water, and the food was tasty. Service was very friendly. There are lots of mosquitoes outside, so watch out, though nets are provided in the bedrooms. We travelled with our children and they loved it too. 😊

The bar has all the local beers plus a few from abroad, though the wine and spirits selection is limited. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but parking only fits about five cars. Reception was fair and the stewards were friendly. The menu doesn’t offer many choices.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating, and breakfast was delicious every time. Meals are served buffet-style, or you can ask for specific dishes for a small extra charge. Tip: get the Rolex.
