The sauna was one of my favorite parts, along with the food and environment. Great experience 👍🏾

The location is one of the best, and there’s plenty of greenery, but the place isn’t well maintained.

The place itself is good, but the showers and sinks need work. Hot water in the showers isn’t working, and the Wi-Fi is a challenge. It also gets too noisy when the workers are cleaning. Breakfast isn’t worth 25k shs, and the girl at the breakfast table was kind of rude, with poor customer service.

8/10
There aren’t any grounds or gardens where guests can play sports or exercise outdoors, apart from the gym, which takes away from the otherwise comfortable stay. The rooms are very large, with spacious bathrooms and multiple pillows on the beds, all clear on first inspection. The hotel staff gave great customer care and reception, and the entrance was well decorated and welcoming. Generally, the hospitality was good.

4/10
The rooms are spacious, and the food is good. Staff are friendly too. But despite having a water heater in the bathroom, there’s no hot water. There’s no air extractor, so bad smells stay trapped in the bathroom. The whole hotel has to watch the same TV channel at a time. It’s an average place, and not worth the money.
