The staff are the highlight here. They're very friendly and attentive, and do their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The basic rooms are clean and safe, with hot water, and the area is quiet and safe while still close to downtown. Breakfast is decent, though the kitchen can be quite noisy early in the morning on one side of the building.

Our colleague had an unforgettable night here. The Wi-Fi worked seamlessly and made communication so much easier. Customer care was excellent from the moment they arrived, with a warm welcome and help with luggage from the car to the room. Thanks to manager Nathan for all the help.

Very clean and tidy, and great value for money. The hotel is close to Mbale centre, with Boda Boda’s available frequently. The staff were exceptional: Nathan the Manager went out of his way to help, Sam served us superbly at all hours, and Mercy on reception was incredibly helpful.

A calm, quiet setting with easy access and plenty of parking for guests. The rooms are high class and the service is superb. Breakfast is a generous buffet, and the chefs are great for lunch and dinner too. It's in a strategic location.
