The location could be more convenient, though the rooms were clean. The staff were very welcoming, especially Steven and Hope.

The location was okay, and the food was usually nicely prepared, but everything took far too long. Breakfast wasn’t ready on time, and meals took hours to prepare. The room had beautiful mosquito nets, but they didn’t keep the mosquitoes out, and we got a lot of bites. Our room faced the servants’ changing room, so every click of the door keys brought someone out to check who it was, which got annoying. We also felt monitored from every corner. This beautiful hotel has great potential, but I’d advise management to arrange specialized training for the workers.

The family room was amazing, and it was easy to get here from the main road. The staff were lovely and professional, and the Manager was a gem to us.

I came to Rose Wood Hotel once for a birthday celebration in November. The gorgeous ladies at the entrance welcomed us so warmly, and their smiles meant everything to me. I enjoyed my short stay. I’m so grateful for the warmth they showed us 🙏🏻😊

Great customer care and affordable food, and it costs less than similar hotels nearby. It’s still new, so there weren’t any glitches in the rooms. It was quite cold, though 🥶.
