The cottages are thoughtfully designed, and the place feels refreshing as soon as you arrive. They're really clean. The hotel package includes swimming, a gym, and steam, all at a very affordable price. It's on Kasese-Fort Portal Road, about 4km from Mbarara city center. Give it a night, and don't judge it by the size of the buildings.

Away from the noise, the setting is comfortable for local and international visitors alike. The surroundings are well furnished, recreation services are good, and the customer service is good too. Everything was well organized, and security is assured. Find time to enjoy a relaxing stay at Ahaka cottages Mbarara.

My husband and I have to come back when we're in Mbarara. The cottages and flower garden are beautiful, and at night the garden has a lovely, romantic scent. The atmosphere is great, and all the staff gave great service. Mrs Allen is a wonderful owner. Thanks so much for such an amazing place. Highly recommend.

A peaceful, pretty place to rest, with a pool, sauna, steam bath and gym 🏋️♀️ 💪. The compound is lively too.
