A nice place to stay, with staff who really care. They seriously need to get the WiFi working properly in the rooms, though.

The local flavors come through in the food, and the staff are warm and professional. Nataaha Hotel is about 5km from Mbarara town center, so it’s easy enough to explore the city while staying somewhere quiet. The rooms are lovely, clean and well maintained, and the whole place feels well organized. A peaceful option for a getaway or a business trip, with comfort and access to town both covered.

The one small drawback is finding the hotel, since it can’t be seen from the road. We stayed overnight September,14, 2022, and the rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. From reception and the servers to the kitchen staff and manager, everyone was friendly and did what they could to make us comfortable and welcome. Great job, everyone!

The food is well priced and the rooms are nice and neat. It’s away from the town’s noise and pollution, and I felt comfortable here. The staff are so friendly and try to make your stay enjoyable.

The staff were excellent at anticipating what we needed and looking after us. The bed was good and comfortable for a full night’s sleep, and the hotel provided good food. It’s a gem of a place to relax and enjoy the view. I hope I can come back!
