The food is good, and I'd say order a sizzler. The staff are wonderful, and the showers run hot.

The food was nice and the place was clean, but what really stuck with me was how welcoming everyone was. My husband, our baby, and I visited around Easter, and the girl who received us that night went out of her way to bring us a kettle and a fridge for the baby's food. Thanks as well to the cafeteria team, receptionists, and parking lot team.

Pinnacle hotel is beautifully set along the Mbarara bypass. The food is good, service is great, the accommodation is great, and the washrooms are clean. There's no kids' play area, but enough space for them to run around and be kids.

I inspected this property recently while visiting the region, and it's amazing, well worth trying when you're in Mbarara. The staff are friendly, housekeeping follows proper cleaning and hygiene standards, and the food tastes nice. I heard they're adding another property to the portfolio, Burnham Gorilla Lodgr, in the Rushaga Gorilla sector of Bwindi National Park.

It's easy to find the hotel along the Mbarara bypass, and it's close to the city center. I especially liked the breakfast, and the food is nice. Customer service is top notch and the facilities are great. A great stopover when travelling.
