Nabisere Hotel Kalisizo

We had thousands of dollars stolen after someone entered our rooms without permission. It’s been a nightmare. They blamed us, did nothing to address it, and then overcharged us. Beware, they’re crooks!

The rooms are spacious and the internet was more or less stable, but the service was very poor. We waited 1,5 hour at the restaurant, and breakfast was chaotic while the hotel was fully booked. There was one serving station with one person, and juice glasses and milk had run out. Nobody cleared the tables, so we had to clean someone else’s mess before eating. A nearby bar made it very noisy. The sauna showers smelled bad, and people use them to urinate. We stayed 5 nights, and 150,000 ugx felt overpriced for that level of service.

The grounds were beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were extremely friendly. Our group had 4 separate rooms, all clean and very comfortable. The food was yummy. It’s a simple hotel, but great value, and we had a great experience.

Very hospitable, with a clean environment.
