The rooms feel modern and comfortable, and I’d stay here again. The bathrooms look a little dated, though they’re clean enough and have hot water. Don’t expect bright white fixtures. Breakfast was good, but for the price it could be better. There’s no elevator, so be ready for stairs, and the in-room TV channels aren’t really worth watching.

The friendly staff made a good impression, especially the Receptionist and Butler. It’s one of the more standard hotels I’ve come across in Fort Portal Tourism city. I’m an animal lover, so having two lovely pet cats around made my stay especially enjoyable.

The hotel has a nice location and swimming pool, but my stay was traumatic and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. After ordering and eating there, I had a severe stomachache all night and couldn’t sleep. I was vomiting what I’d eaten, which probably wasn’t fresh, and I’m still half alive from how much I suffered. Then the bill asked for more than the prices shown on the menu, with staff explaining that the real prices were different. So the menu only shows the dishes, not what they actually cost.

The balcony views are breathtaking, and the poolside bar is a lovely spot for a sundowner. It’s a large property with gardens, a swimming pool, gym, bars, and at least two restaurants, all well appointed. There’s even a live band on Saturdays. Service was okay, about what you’d expect from a place like this. The atmosphere and views are better enjoyed with family or friends on a leisure trip. A good experience for the premium price they charge.

It’s a one of a kind 5 star hotel in Fort portal tourism city. I can recommend it to visitors and families who can afford it.
