The room was clean, very comfortable, and came with a balcony, fridge, AC, and a net over the bed. There was plenty of hot water, and the staff were friendly. A lovely stay, though, as other reviews mention, the mosque is opposite, so the call to prayer will wake you.

The receptionist is always there to welcome you, and the security staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and have a comforting feel. With the road construction underway, this should be an even better place once the surroundings are clean and less dusty.

I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and looking out toward Mt. Rwenzori. I visited in November, when Kasese was hot, but my room had AC. The room was clean and breakfast came with the bed, so it felt like good value for money. The only drawback was how close it is to the mosque. Apart from that, I loved the place.

A very good place, and it has wifi.

The meals were my favorite part, especially the oil-free food. My needs were taken care of before I even had to ask. The conference hall had air conditioners and was soundproof, and the fresh feel of the place made it welcoming.
