The room was a bit small, and the mattress felt too soft. Wind noise came through the windows, which didn't insulate properly. There wasn't any butter for my toast. Cleanliness was acceptable.

The reasonable price was the saving grace, and it did show in the service. We didn't have any direct contact with staff during our visit. The room was basic, clean and comfortable, but I didn't like having a tiny toilet and a separate shower cubicle in the room. We're both disabled, yet were put upstairs after two flights of stairs, which wasn't ideal. Breakfast was self-serve cereal and toast, with not much else. I would have preferred a cooked option.

The owner handled everything after I paid online, sending the details and codes through, and was professional and excellent. I had to book at the last minute, but my room was warm, cosy, comfortable and very clean. Dyce is a brilliant base, close to everything, and the price was great for the location. There's a shared kitchen where guests can cook, with tea and toast available too. I booked an en-suite room, though some rooms share a bathroom. Slept really well in the comfy bed.

I was in room #9 on the first floor. It had an en-suite, TV, and tea and coffee facilities, and was well equipped. Tea, toast and cereal were available too. The price was good for somewhere so close to the Airport, with a Premier shop directly opposite and parking if you need it.
