Leonardo Hotel Aberdeen

The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are laid out nicely. But those little bedside lights were so dim I couldn’t read at all, even with every other light on. It was really frustrating. USB charging points beside the bed would also be handy.

I’ve stayed here several times for work and wouldn’t pick anywhere else. It’s in a lovely central spot. The staff are amazing and always so helpful. Special thanks to Morgan, Leah, and Matt for the consistently great support that makes every stay a good one.

The hotel is comfortable and the beds were good. My room was clean and tidy, with an adjustable thermostat, though the place feels a bit dated. It’s right by the train station, with shops and restaurants very close. Just be aware there’s no bar fridge in the rooms, so you can’t keep anything cold.

We were very satisfied with our one night stay. The room was clean, and the staff and service were impressive throughout. It was also easy to contact reception before arrival to make special requests. We’ve used Premier Inn for similar stays for a long time, but after our experience there declined in general, we’re looking at other options and would choose Leonardo again. The reason for four stars was the dim lighting in the room, though the bathroom and corridor were fine, and just four hangers in the wardrobe.
