The breakfast was incredible. I had the sandwich with two sausages and two eggs, and the bread was lovely, the sausages tasty, and the eggs fried just how I like them. The cappuccino was made with milk from a lovely dairy, too. My room at Chequers B&B had everything I needed, including a very comfortable bed and an ensuite shower with great water pressure. The small staff team were smiley, proactive, accommodating, personable and helpful. They did an amazing job, and I was super impressed with my stay. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

The lady who served me was really friendly, and the service was excellent. My room was comfortable and clean, with nice utilities. Breakfast was really good value for money: a full English with toast and a hot drink. I'd recommend this hotel!

I slept well, with no noise issues. The room was clean and well maintained, and the location was pleasantly quiet at night, especially outside the holiday season. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more enjoyable. It was a comfortable, relaxing experience.

I called the pub recently while I was in the area to ask if they served evening food, and it turned into a nightmare. The person I spoke to first said they didn't serve food, then said it was only pizza. I gave up and went to another pub, where I had a lovely meal. What sort of pub only serves pizza?

We both had a full English, and the value for money was brilliant. The lady serving us was very friendly and on it. We'd definitely go back.
