The location made it easy to explore Arundel on foot, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay at the Swan Hotel. Ellen looked after us at dinner and was especially polite, cheerful, and attentive, which made the meal feel even more welcoming. We enjoyed the food, and there was a good range of cocktails and wines to choose from. With the warm atmosphere and excellent service, it made for a memorable evening. We’d happily stay and dine here again, and would recommend it to people visiting Arundel. Thank you!

We started with crispy squid and feta and salami, then had the chicken supreme and lamb rump. Everything was beautifully plated and presented. Lana looked after us attentively through the meal, and was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when recommending dishes. The cocktails and beer arrived promptly and were both perfect. For dessert I had the brownie and my husband chose sticky toffee pudding. Both were delicious and nicely balanced. We had a date night at The Swan Arundel tonight and got a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. They seated us in the restaurant and brought the menu. They’re back and better than ever! I can’t recommend The Swan Hotel enough.

We were there for one night over the bank holiday weekend and had a lovely, spacious room. We also ate dinner at the hotel, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. It’s close to everything in town, including the castle and some lovely walks, and parking is just around the corner. I’d recommend this pub and its rooms if you want comfortable, welcoming accommodation in Arundel.
