Had an amazing spa day for two today. Lana was incredible and left me feeling completely relaxed and chilled out. The facilities were clean, tidy, and plentiful, so there was no waiting around. Lunch was delicious and served promptly. Ready to book another trip!

The evening meals and breakfast in the hotel restaurant were very nice. The room was a good size and comfortable, with a nice-sized bathroom and a separate shower and bath. The shower cubicle wasn’t in the best condition and leaked onto the floor. There was plenty of free parking, including charging points for electric cars. Tennis courts, a swimming pool, sauna, and gym were free for hotel guests to use. I’d definitely stay again.

Victoria gave me a lovely body massage on Saturday. She was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I was here for a surprise birthday treat, and the rooms were comfortable. The meals were okay, although the cod was a bit overcooked on the first evening. On the second evening, my meal was forgotten. I was the birthday girl, and it only arrived after everyone else had been served and finished eating.

A gorgeous, peaceful spa day. The treatments were amazing, the facilities were all great, and lunch was beautiful. I’ll be back for another spa day, and will stay next time!

The restaurant food was amazing, with great vegetarian options, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and location are beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the amenities were great. I’d definitely stay again next time I’m in Basingstoke.
