Richard was a wonderful host. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and entertained us with some lovely stories, and his warmth and personality made the stay more memorable. The room was beautiful, spotless and so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. Every detail of the place felt perfect, and we were blown away by how beautiful and spectacular it was from the moment we arrived. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had. It’s luxurious and full of charm, and we can’t wait to come back.

The entrance hall and breakfast room are magical, made even better by genial Richard. Breakfast was very nice and the service was great. Grosvenor Villa offers a comfortable stay for anyone wanting to explore Bath, with rooms that are clean, comfortable and functional. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Grosvenor villa on the first night of our trip, and I’ll always remember it as a special stay. Our room was quaint and comforting, and we enjoyed a beautiful walk into town. At breakfast, we had a lovely conversation with other guests and learned about the history of the house from Richard. The breakfast spread the next morning was beautiful, and Richard was a sweet host. My husband and I had a lovely time.

We had no complaints and would recommend staying here. The room was charming, with a really comfortable bed, and Richard was kind and funny. Breakfast was simple, tasty, and enjoyable. There’s free parking behind the villa.
