We'd stay here again if we're in the area. The meal came quickly, the portions were really decent and the food was delicious. Caroline and the other waitress at The Social, the restaurant attached to the Premier Inn, were both lovely. Caroline looked after us with a friendly manner and attentive service from start to finish. They were stretched to the limit all night but kept working tirelessly without complaint. Those waitresses deserve a significant pay rise!!!!!! Reception staff were friendly too.

The restaurant looked lovely, and the food was top notch. Caroline was especially helpful and friendly. She suggested a meal deal that would save me money and made sure everyone in the restaurant was looked after. The staff were attentive and welcoming overall. I was working away, and my Premier+ room was huge, spotless and modern.

Caroline was so lovely in the restaurant. She was juggling lots of jobs and still made everyone feel welcome, staying kind and attentive throughout. The Social was amazing, and the rooms were very nice too, with comfy beds. I'd very much recommend eating here.

We stopped at Premier in on a family trip to Legoland, and Caroline made our evening especially memorable. She was warm and welcoming from the start, checked in at the right times and handled every request with genuine kindness. Her recommendations were thoughtful, and she combined efficiency with a personable manner and attention to detail. We felt valued and well looked after the whole time. Her service made our stay at Premier in even more memorable, and I'd happily return knowing we'd be in such capable hands. Thank you, Caroline! 👏

Caroline handled everything with ease, even during a busy rush. She knew the menu well, paid attention to the details and made sure our meal was just right. Her upbeat manner and professionalism stood out, and she made us feel valued and well cared for. She turned a simple night out into a great experience. We can't wait to come back and see her again.
