We booked two rooms and both were lovely, clean, comfortable and homely. Richard, the owner, is lovely too and really couldn’t do enough for us. I’d absolutely come back and would highly recommend the place. You won’t be disappointed. Maria+ Denys xx

The host does everything he can for his guests, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed. It’s only about a two-minute walk to the seafront, and there’s a convenience store just around the corner. A welcoming place, and I’ll definitely book again.

We were in room 11 for four nights, and Richard always greeted us with a smile and a chat, checking whether we needed anything. He kept the towels fresh and topped up the tea and coffee, and didn’t mind me bringing in my own milk. We’re a family of three and felt really well looked after. The only thing I’d change is the kettle, which could be bigger. Apart from that, amazing hospitality. I’ll definitely book here again. Thanks, Richard xx

Richie and Lynn were so welcoming and helpful, and we’re glad we picked this place. The room was a perfect size, very clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to try the bar downstairs, though it looked lovely, so that’s for next time. We’ll definitely book again. A note about parking: don’t risk the yellow lines like we did, we got fined within two hours. Arrive early to find a space. The car park prices are reasonable.
