The bed was very comfortable and clean, and I slept well both nights. The host was friendly and welcoming, and had even put out a baby chair for us in the morning. I liked the coffee selection. The hotel is in a great spot on the South Pier side of Blackpool. The arrival was odd. At first, the host seemed unaware we were staying, even after we gave her the reservation details and name. For a hotel with so few guests, I didn't expect that. The room also needs serious work: there was a hole and stripped wallpaper on the ceiling. The bedroom lighting was poor in places, so using the kettle after dark was difficult. The bathroom was much worse. It had remnants from a previous guest, severe discoloration on the tap, and hair in the shower plughole. There seemed to be a blockage too. When we used the sink, foam rose up in the shower, so we couldn't shower. We thought breakfast included a choice of cooked food and cereal, but cooked breakfast costs extra, so keep that in mind. The appliances need inspecting as well; the last test was in 2023.

The hosts were so hospitable and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a lovely little place away from Blackpool's hustle and bustle, with a nearby tram stop and the Pleasure Beach close by. It's kid-friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable, so we had a couple of good nights' sleep. There was a good choice at the continental breakfast. The dining room is open if you want to bring food in, with plates and cutlery available. Thanks very much.

This is my second stay, and I can honestly say it's my favourite place to stay when I come to Blackpool. The staff have always been welcoming and understanding, especially about individual needs like mine, as I have autism. The rooms have been clean, fresh and well presented every time. Thanks so much for your kind hospitality. You're all amazing, and we'll definitely keep coming back. :) x

We had a lovely weekend away with a friend, and the hotel was perfect. It's very clean, and the owner is friendly and happy to help. The rooms were just what we expected, actually better than I thought they'd be for what we paid. The tram stop is two minutes away, so everything is easy to reach, and the train station is a five-minute walk. Breakfast was listed as included, so I expected a full English and was a little disappointed to find it was continental. But there were lots of choices, and the owner kept coming out to restock and check everyone had everything. I was more than happy with it. For the price, I'd say they undercharge, which isn't something you can say about many places. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
