The breakfast was so good that we booked it again for the next day, and my son loved it too. There was a full cooked English with black pud, plus toast, croissants, pastries, cereals, yoghurt and fruit, juice, tea, and coffee. We stayed at New Year, just me and my son, on the top floor, and it was quite quiet for that time of year. The meal deal with the Beefeater gave me an evening meal and drink, plus unlimited breakfast for both of us, for £28. I paid separately for my son's evening meal, so dinner and breakfast for the two of us came to about £45.

Richard was amazing. He arranged our room when we arrived and was lovely the whole time. The rooms are just what you'd expect from a Premier Inn, and we felt safe and happy sleeping here.

Over the last two weeks I've spent about 7 nights here for work. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and good quality for the price. Staff at the hotel and the Beefeater next door were friendly. I'd definitely recommend this Premier Inn branch.

We stayed for two nights with our grandchildren, and the welcome, room allocation, and breakfast were second to none. After a recent stay at a Manchester airport Premier Inn that was poor, very grubby, and unwelcoming, this has restored my faith in Premier Inns. Thank you, Bispham.

I arrived before check-in time and sat in reception, having a bit of banter with two staff members. They were both very pleasant, and that part of the experience couldn't be faulted. I had booked breakfast, but was really disappointed that Premier Inn guests are all put together in one small section of the pub. It's a decent-sized pub and wasn't busy at breakfast, so I'd rather sit apart from everyone and eat in peace than be crammed in like sardines.
