The room was lovely and clean, and the owners were lovely too. My only issue was being asked to show proof that I’m exempt from wearing a mask, then being lectured a bit about why I should wear one. I was fine with it, though I can imagine it causing a problem for someone else. They also made sure my autistic son felt welcome. I’d absolutely stay again.

Very clean, with polite staff. The room was a little small, but fine if all you want is somewhere to sleep.

The room was small, just as you'd expect, but clean enough and fine for a weekend away. Be aware there may be quite a few stairs, depending on which room you get.

I still haven't had a refund, even though I contacted the property about cancelling more than seven days before the stay. I had booked for next Friday, but plans changed, and their terms said there'd be no cancellation fee at that point. When I asked if I could keep the room instead, they said I had to email, despite already texting me. I used the address they gave me, then they said it was the wrong one and that the room had gone. I even asked to pay extra for another room they had available, but got no reply. So I’ve lost the stay I paid for and my money. I’m definitely reporting this.
