The staff made us feel welcome along with the locals, and they were really attentive. We stopped with a coach party for food on the way back to Aberdeen. My fish and chips was spot on, cooked perfectly and just the right size. The other plates going past smelled amazing too. I'd recommend it if you're nearby.

We tried the Sunday roast tonight and won't be back. The beef seemed like sliced packet meat from Asda or Tesco, and it was absolutely disgusting. The meal was very pricey too. I've never been one to leave a bad review, but serving cold packet meat as a Sunday roast feels like an absolute insult.

We only stayed one night to break up our golf trip to Inverness. The food was very good, and we got bed, breakfast and an evening meal for excellent value. Staff were friendly, attentive and excellent. It's close to the city centre, and I also found a weights room. Everything was very clean and the bed linen was super white. The bathroom felt a little tired, which cost it a star. The bed was firm for me, though my husband slept like a log.

A good fit for golf parties. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was good and breakfast was great. Staff were especially friendly and helpful, with excellent service.

We stopped in for lunch and found a very good menu, including plenty for kids to choose from. The steak pie and smoked fish dishes were nice, and my kid really liked the mac and cheese. Welcoming staff, friendly and helpful.
