Beachcroft Hotel, BW Signature Collection

I asked for a quiet room, and the team arranged it thoughtfully. Even with restaurant guests and Christmas parties at the hotel, I wasn’t disturbed. My room was lovely and comfortable, with a super-king bed, sea view, large bathroom with a shower over the bath, a proper desk/dressing table, cosy furnishings and thoughtful touches. They even left the TV on a classical music channel, which meant a lot to me as a classical musician. The indoor heated pool was lovely, and the restaurant managed to feel lively while still looking after hotel guests. The atmosphere was calm, and everything seemed well managed with guest comfort in mind. Hospitality was excellent from my first phone call through arrival and departure. Keesha, the front-of-house manager, was especially warm, genuine and customer-focused, and clearly very well trained. That care came through in the whole team. I can’t praise Beachcroft Hotel & Restaurant enough. I’d return without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend it. If you’re visiting Felpham or Bognor, book this great hotel. You won’t want to leave.

The kids are already nagging us to go back! They loved having pool sessions to ourselves, which was great, and we also enjoyed local walks, Hotham Park with its mini-train, and a pub quiz. We stayed in a family room with a main room and a side room with bunk beds, plus a lovely sea view. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the cooked breakfast was the best I've ever had.

You can fall asleep listening to the waves here, since the hotel is right on the beach. It was beautifully warm and clean, and breakfast had plenty of choice and was good. They catered well for GF too. We'll definitely be back.

The beach hut we booked was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a really nice balance of style and relaxation. The staff were amazing, always friendly, attentive and ready to help. They were especially kind and efficient when helping us with the items we’d unfortunately left behind. We had a wonderful stay at the Beachcroft Hotel and are already looking forward to coming back!
