It’s handy for the town centre and the price per night was affordable. The room was tidy and clean, and Raul was especially kind, helping me find my room and checking how my stay was going. I’d recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly, and the city centre was about a 10-15 minute walk away. We had a triple room with three single beds and a sofa, so there was loads of space for me and my two teenage boys. The rates were good and the room was decent for the price. The shower head had nowhere to rest, so we couldn’t use it for a shower, but the bath was a good size. The hotel was easy to find.

After our car broke down, we arrived very late, and the staff were brilliant about it. They were so friendly and helpful, and even lent us a phone charger. The room was clean, roomy and well equipped. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The location was a big plus, just a five-minute walk from Bournemouth beach, which made it easy to get around. We spent four nights here, and the room had plenty of space and all the essentials, with a comfortable bed and everything kept clean and well maintained. For the price, it felt like good value. The building is showing its age in places and could use some updating, but that didn’t spoil our pleasant stay.
