Andrea went out of her way to meet all my requirements, and her attention to detail really helped make my stay comfortable. The staff clearly care about guests, and all the services were delivered to a high standard. Thank you, Andrea, for your efforts and wonderful service. The hotel is in a great location, just a minute from the train station, which made travel very convenient. My stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The hotel and staff were great, and the rooms and beds were very comfortable with everything we needed. I loved the breakfast buffet, and it’s dog friendly. The location is excellent, though parking was the first issue: there’s only a small loading space for dropping off elderly or disabled people, and the closest car park is a five-minute walk away with no lift.

The staff were so friendly when we arrived, and the hotel is close to the station. Our bed was large, comfortable and clean. They even microwaved some ready meals for us. The bar was nice and modern, and when it was pouring outside, the staff lent me an umbrella. We could also leave our luggage for free. I can’t recommend the place enough. All the staff deserve a pay rise. :)

The reception team were really friendly and ready to help with anything, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and breakfast was a rich, tasty buffet. We’d like to thank everyone who helped during our stay. The location is very central, right by the train station, with all the city’s main points within walking distance.
