Berkeley Square Classic Hotel

The room was clean, and the bed was so cosy. The shower was hot with good pressure, and the front desk was very helpful in finding somewhere open to eat at 1am. It's very convenient for the local Origin Workspace.

We spent a few days here in July 2025 and had a fantastic time. The park view from our room was stunning, and the location was great. The room was very comfortable despite having no AC and feeling a bit muggy in the UK summer. When we asked for another fan, staff responded quickly and had it in our room by the time we got back from a quick coffee. That care is why I wanted to write this review. The staff were friendly, attentive, responsive, and professional, but also personable enough to make us feel welcome and like we belonged. I can't remember their names, but the woman with the spider tattoo and the blonde dude were fantastic. They stored our luggage, brought refreshments, and had great jokes and banter. We've had all sorts of customer service in the UK, and while people are generally awesome, the details can be lacking. That wasn't the case here. When we come back to Bristol, we'll stay here again because of these staff members. Give them a fat bonus or buy them a drink, they deserve it!

After our wedding night, we had a wonderful stay. The rooms felt cosy and beautiful, with great facilities, the staff were lovely, and breakfast the next morning was excellent. It's a shame the rooms aren't big enough for families, and a friend staying in another room had a window blocked by the building's design. We'd highly recommend it for a comfortable, pleasant stay.

It's a cute boutique hotel in a beautiful, safe, convenient part of Bristol. My room had superb amenities, and I could walk to all the places I planned to visit, including M Shed. The trouble was the club downstairs. I stayed just before Christmas, and the celebrations were unbearably loud every night, well past midnight. Even with good earplugs I could still hear it, despite being on the top, third floor.
