It felt more like a proper home than a hotel, and the city views were a nice extra. The room was spot on, breakfast was great, and this is easily one of the better places I've slept in Bristol. We stayed for a long weekend and I'd book again without thinking twice.

Breakfast and service were excellent, and the bed was comfortable. The street-facing room was very quiet, but it got too warm, partly because I couldn't turn off the bathroom towel rail. Opening the window brought noise in. If you can, choose a room at the back. Otherwise, a great short stay.

This was our third visit while seeing family in Bristol. Lovely service, large rooms with a view, and the most comfortable bed. There's an understated sense of luxury, and the breakfast is fabulous too.

The breakfast was delicious, and the location made this a lovely place to stay for our special occasion. We had a dream of a visit and would choose this hotel again next time we’re in Bristol.

The staff were friendly and professional, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Our room had thoughtful decor, good furnishings and a spacious, well-designed bathroom. The bed was adequate, though not the most comfortable I’ve slept in, and the minibar was nicely stocked, with fresh milk for tea or coffee. It’s a quiet spot about a mile from the city centre, with gorgeous views at both the front and back and well-arranged public areas.
