We’ll definitely come back when we’re in Bristol again. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was my favourite part, with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The staff were very polite and brought us two extra pillows free of charge within a couple of minutes. I’m not usually keen on a classic British breakfast, but it was really tasty here.

The staff were incredibly friendly and chatty, and happy to joke around. Our room was clean and very spacious, with a bath, which was a nice surprise. We went straight to Lush to get a bath bomb. Check-in was easy, and the Premier Inn is always reliable. I’d certainly stay here again in a heartbeat.

You’re only a five or ten minute walk from lots of bars, venues and other sights, and the price was reasonable. My standard room was spacious, clean and comfortable, making this a particularly good place to stay in Bristol. The QR code wouldn’t work for check-in, and other people seemed to have the same problem.

My wife and I stayed here on Friday 30th January and came away covered in painful bed bug bites. Our doctor advised us to contact the hotel straight away. They said they’d look into it, but after we asked several times for an update, we heard nothing. We’re outraged by the lack of response to a serious guest safety and hygiene issue. This was unacceptable, and I strongly warn others to avoid this hotel.

Our family room was big and very clean, with one king-size bed and two singles. There was a bath with a shower over it, but the shower curtain smelled damp. The heating was annoying, going hot and cold instead of staying constant, even when set to 22.
