Francesca and Stefano made us feel at home, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had a cosy, warm room during snowy days, good food recommendations, and lovely chats over breakfast. It was a charming base for all the activities in the area, and we’d stay here again.

We asked Stefano and Francesca if dinner could be arranged at Lubnaig Guesthouse, and the Italian meal they made for us was wonderful. It was a superb stay. The room, beds and bathroom were all very good, and the cosy lounge gave us a chance to meet other guests without feeling crowded. There were eventually six of us. We only wish we could have stayed longer at the beautiful Lubnaig Guest House while working at Forest Holidays Strathyre. Francesca and Stefano made us feel welcome from arrival to departure, and the customer service was especially good. Our spotless room had everything we needed. Breakfast was a feast of fresh fruit, meats, preserves and yoghurts, followed by a full English breakfast and a pot of coffee. The guest house sits in lovely grounds, where red squirrels dart across the lawn and kept us entertained over breakfast. We were sorry to miss the evening dinners, served Tuesday through Saturday. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The only way is the Italian way!
