Breakfast was excellent, with everything from a full English to continental choices, fruit and cereal, all beautifully prepared and laid out. It’s a self-serve buffet in the college hall. The en suite was clean and comfortable, with a powerful shower and gel and shampoo provided. The place has a bit of a conference centre feel, but it’s very central and the staff are friendly. I’d definitely recommend West Court for a visit to Cambridge.

I’m a Jesus alumnus and really like what the college has done with West Court. The renovation is lovely, and the bar/cafe facing the courtyard is great too.

The old college building and its surrounding grounds, which you can walk around, gave the hotel a bit of magic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the centre of Cambridge is an easy walk away. We had a really great stay.

Our room was dangerously hot, over 40 degrees, with no air conditioning and just one small fan for the whole apartment. The balcony faced a road that was busy at 4am. We got heat exhaustion during our stay. The staff knew the building was this hot and didn’t care. Breakfast was cold.

The room was pleasant, breakfast was quite good, and the price was excellent value.
