easyHotel Cardiff

We spent two nights there during the Six Nations, for €536 in total. The rooms are very small, though clean and equipped with the basic comforts you need. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The soundproofing is poor, particularly on the first floor, where a lot of street noise comes through. For the room size and comfort level, it felt quite expensive.

Ali and Louis made me feel welcome right away. They were brilliant, warm and always willing to help, and check-in was quick and easy. The team made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. My room was spotless and comfortable, just right for a short stay, and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfy, and housekeeping kept the room clean and fresh. The staff were kind and genuinely seemed to care, going out of their way to make sure I was happy. It was great value, and I'll book again next time I'm in town.

The receptionist, Gwil, was so kind and friendly and made us feel welcome from the first moment. We had a lovely stay in this cosy hotel. The room felt comfortable and welcoming, and those incredibly soft pillows helped us sleep so well. Thanks for a pleasant visit, we'd be very happy to return!

The location made getting to the city centre and transport links easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. At reception, Shannon, Aneta and our Mauritian friend were especially warm, professional and attentive. The whole team made arriving feel smooth and welcoming. They helped make my stay easier, even arranging to waive some fees and accommodate my needs without any fuss. Their effort made a real difference, and I appreciate it. easyHotel Cardiff exceeded what I expected, thanks in particular to their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend it and will return whenever I'm in Cardiff.
