Ideally located in the rural parish of Castel, this tranquil hotel is just a ten-minute walk from the west coast beaches and a short drive to St. Peter Port, Guernsey's capital. The hotel offers comfortable accommodations, a popular bar, a seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool, and ample parking. We can assist in booking discounted Condor Ferries from Poole, Weymouth, Portsmouth, and the French coast. Flights are also easily accessible via Flybe or Aurigny from various UK and European airports. For directions from Guernsey Airport: Turn right onto La Rue des Landes and follow for approximately 3 miles to the coast road (L’Eree Bay Hotel on your left). Turn right, following signs for the Atlantic, Vazon Bay, and Cobo Bay Hotels. Shortly after Cobo Bay Hotel, turn right at the filter into La Route de Carteret. Follow this road to the T-junction, turn left, and the hotel will be 100 meters on your right.

The room was lovely, with a four-poster bed decorated with two towel swans and rose petals. A thoughtful touch. The Pommier has been renovated to a very high standard, and we had a really pleasant stay. We spent the night there last weekend for our 35th wedding anniversary. Garin went out of his way to welcome us, even coming in on his day off to introduce himself and check that we were happy. The food was delicious, and the staff were eager to help with anything.

We’re local, about a 15-minute walk from Le Pommier, so it’s a convenient place for us. We hadn’t eaten there for a few years because the menu felt too fancy for our taste. It’s changed and has more variety now, which we’re glad to see. We’ll be going more often. We were a table of three last night and really enjoyed the meal. The staff were friendly and efficient. Well done, Le Pommier, see you again soon.

I hope I get to return someday. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was excellent, especially the amazing bathroom. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The staff made the service feel personal and went out of their way to help with anything.

The hotel is peaceful and perfectly located, with a lovely garden where we enjoyed drinks from the bar and the heated swimming pool. Our room was beautiful, with a large immaculate bathroom and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was just as good as ever, cooked to order. Another wonderful stay in a very well-managed hotel with great staff. Five stars.
