John checked us in and was lovely. He carried our bags to the room and explained where the pubs, shops and places to eat were. We were in courtyard room 19, with a parking space beside it. There was a little area with a TV and chairs, a fridge for our wine, and a super-king bed that was really comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious buffet. I liked that eggs were made for you, and there was coffee, tea, juices, cereals, croissants, pastries and a full cooked breakfast. The woman serving breakfast was lovely. It was a nice 15-20 minute walk into Chester, with plenty of pubs, places to eat, walks and shops. We'd recommend the hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you 😁

Hoole has some great pubs and restaurants, plus a nice micro-pub a short walk away. We had a two day break in December 2024, staying two nights in the guest house. The room was great, the breakfast delicious, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We'd highly recommend it.

We had a birthday weekend in Chester and were so pleased we booked the Chester Court Hotel. The room was large, spotless and modern, with a big comfortable bed and crisp linen. The A56 can be busy, but there was little noise at night. The private car park was easy to access and busy, but we always found a space. The staff were great every time we spoke with them, and always greeted us with a smile. The receptionist checked us in without fuss, shared advice about local amenities and showed us to our room. Breakfast staff were friendly and wonderfully attentive, and the buffet was tasty and well cooked. The hotel is close to local shops and restaurants, with Chester centre a little further away. If we return to Chester, I'd absolutely stay here again.

Ray, the owner, made a real difference to our stay at Chester Court Hotel. His warm hospitality and Spanish fluency were a huge help to my family and relatives visiting from abroad, who felt at home right away. He was attentive throughout, helping with local recommendations, answering questions and checking everything was okay. His professionalism and personal care set the hotel apart. The hotel is charming, clean and well located for exploring Chester city centre and the surrounding area. From arrival, the service was outstanding and every detail seemed taken care of. It's a welcoming, family-friendly, well-run place, and Ray makes it feel like a home away from home. I can't recommend Chester Court Hotel enough. Ask for Ray, his service is second to none. We'll definitely be back!
