We had a lovely room upstairs, with a little view of the river. Even though it overlooked the car park, it was quiet and undisturbed. The food was delicious, portions were a good size, and service was prompt. They were also happy to swap breakfast items to meet dietary requirements. All the staff gave fantastic service from start to finish, especially Criag and Laura. We’d definitely recommend the place and stay again.

I lost an earring during our stay, but Craig let the staff know and they called me when they found it. I really appreciated that. When we arrived, Craig was charming, helpful and welcoming, and our spotless room had everything we needed. Dinner was delicious, and even though it was very busy, service stayed great. Sally and Aeri were both so friendly. We’ve already recommended the place to friends and will be back ourselves. Well done, and continued success to you all.

The little car park, courtyard and riverside setting are a real plus for an overnight stay. The bar and restaurant have a warm, relaxing feel, and the rooms carry that same theme, modern and spacious, but nicely rustic in their decor. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay again.

We often come for the Sunday Roast sharing platter, which is excellent value. The recently updated pub and restaurant make a lovely place to eat. Sally is always wonderful, generally lovely and so good at the service. She seems to know what you want before you even ask.

The rooms are elegant and very well appointed, and the service is good. The location right by the River Dee is super. The snag is the WiFi, which is a disaster, and there’s no phone signal either. You’ll feel completely cut off in your room, which might suit you if that’s what you’re after. You can walk over to the restaurant for better WiFi, but that’s not much use if you’re in your pyjamas.
