We only needed two courses to feel full, then had coffee. Both of our food choices were delicious, hot and creative, and the service was outstanding throughout. Prices were reasonable too, making it a thoroughly enjoyable dinner. I'd booked for my wife and me using a voucher from friends. Well done, Wildes team.

Sixteen of us came together for my mother's 90th birthday, and it was a very pleasant occasion. People travelled from different directions, so being close to the M1 was handy. We met in the spacious foyer, where there are comfortable sofas, then were warmly welcomed into the attractive restaurant. The food had been pre-ordered and was served promptly, and everyone enjoyed it. The children loved when our cake was brought out before dessert on the robot trolley. The restaurant also brought a platter with a piece of cake and 'Happy Birthday' iced on it, a nice touch. We bought an attractive, reasonably priced bouquet from the hotel shop, and a staff member presented it to the birthday girl. The half-price February offer was a really good deal. We'd definitely return and highly recommend it.

Wildes' house DJ played every song on our must-play list and stuck to our do-not-playlist. I spent the whole night dancing, with one banger after another. The food was incredible and got so many compliments. I only wish I'd eaten more, but I had wedding-day nerves. They handled some awkward dietary requirements and still made those meals class. Matt the bar-man was amazing, especially at the end of the night, and had the patience of a saint. We had our wedding at Wildes in January and took one of their great sales packages. You'd never know how affordable it was. The whole day felt like a luxurious 5-star experience and everything was perfect. Liberty was our coordinator and always made sure things went smoothly. If something did go wrong, I didn't notice, and still don't know if anything did. Liberty was thoroughly professional; when her shift ended, Andrea was incredible and made us feel in good hands all day. Jack was there to support us the night before too. When we were looking around, lots of venues wanted £30k+ for the same level of hospitality. Wildes provides all this for a fraction of the price, so choosing them was a no-brainer. I wish I could do it all again. Maybe I'll convince my husband to renew our vows in a few years.

The evening disco was brilliant, and the DJ listened to what we wanted and gave everyone a great time. Our wedding package included first-class food, and every guest commented on how lovely it was. James and Liberty planned everything perfectly and were happy to help with anything. We recently got married at Wildes, and it was a fantastic, memorable day. I'd happily recommend it to anyone thinking of getting married there.

Our mother had surgery on her knee coming up, and we wanted her rested and comfortable, so we chose Wildes Inn for its convenient location, just four minutes from Practice Plus Hospital. The team were thoughtful once they knew why we were staying and even offered to arrange takeaway breakfast. Breakfast was great, and our mother was well rested and ready for surgery. The spacious accessible room we booked for her was clean and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and stress-free, thanks to a young, polite gentleman who greeted us straight away. The lobby smelled wonderful and had a relaxing, spa-like feel. The staff were very friendly, and we were very satisfied with the experience. If we pass through again, I'd love to try the spa treatments, which look very appealing.
