Debbie's smiling face was a lovely start to breakfast each morning, and everyone at reception was welcoming, professional and knew the area well. They all made an effort to help during my four-night stay. The food was nicely prepared, presented well and filling. My room was clean, tidy, modern, comfortable and spacious, with plenty of places to charge devices. There's lots of parking, and although the hotel is by the road, I barely noticed the traffic. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Ten out of ten, and eleven just for Debbie 😁

Almost five stars! The welcome was warm and the staff were really friendly. My room was large and quiet, with a very comfortable mattress, fully lined curtains and a massive TV. The shower was lush, and there were shower gels and the like. The bathroom itself felt cramped, though, and the toilet was ridiculously low. Breakfast was mediocre.

I was sent here for a couple of nights for work without particularly high expectations, but the staff made the stay great. Reception, restaurant staff and cleaners were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I usually prefer a window I can open because hotel air conditioning can be hit and miss, but it worked well here, even in December.

The rooms were perfect, and the restaurant staff were lovely. They even made veggie sausages for breakfast. Ged on reception had a hilarious sense of humour and made the whole experience really lovely. I'd definitely recommend it.

It's a great little place, very close to the airport, and everyone was so friendly. The welcome was great, and the restaurant bar service was fantastic throughout my overnight visit. Vidita especially went out of her way to make it feel like five-star service. Well done to everyone, and a special thanks to Vidita!
