The family room was clean and a decent size, but I personally wouldn’t stay again. Parking costs extra on top of the stay, and it wasn’t cheap. I hadn’t realised that when booking, and there are several nearby hotels without the same parking charge. Once we’d checked in, no staff spoke to us, not even a good morning. The extra cost and lack of friendliness put me off. With parking added, I could have stayed at a better hotel with a pool to entertain the kids. There was nothing special about this place, and the self check-ins make it seem like they’re putting themselves out of work.

The team clearly take pride in their work, and the service from staff, both women and men, is consistently outstanding. The rooms are impeccably clean, the food is good, and the restaurant service stays quick and efficient even when it’s busy. The waitresses deserve special praise for making meals feel welcoming. Monika is particularly professional and friendly, and I always stop for a quick chat because she makes you feel at home. Magda and Anna are excellent and keep things running smoothly, and Ashley brings a cheerful, passionate energy that’s infectious. This is easily the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed at. Every visit has been enjoyable, and I’d highly recommend it for clean accommodation and genuinely high-quality, friendly service.

Stephen made a real difference to my stay from the first evening. He’s knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly, and his customer service is outstanding. His patience, attention to detail and readiness to help went beyond what I expected. If he wants it, Stephen deserves a promotion and a well-earned pay rise for all his hard work.

The reception team were super friendly and helpful. My standard room was spacious, modern and very clean. Parking at £15 a night feels steep compared with other local Premier Inns that provide it for free.

A nice, very clean hotel in a great spot for working in the area. The staff were amazing, especially Sofia, who went out of her way to help me. She made the stay much more enjoyable.
