Elsa, Marissa, and Bea in the Restaurant section made breakfast a warm start to every day. They were so friendly and always greeted me with smiles. At reception, Antonio was welcoming, professional, and helpful whenever I needed anything. Anastasija deserves a special thank you. She was kind, caring, and supportive, and went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed during my stay. Her genuine hospitality made the whole visit comfortable and enjoyable. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Thanks to the whole team for making my stay memorable. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to London for a short or long stay, and I’m leaving with great memories.

Eva took good care of me when I checked out this morning. The rooms are pretty good and the service very good. The location is right by the motorway and a Tesco extra. The pool is clean and warm, and the steam room is powerful, though you have to press the button to turn it on. Shame there’s no sauna.

The breakfast gets an 8/10 from me, and the staff are friendly, helpful and very nice. The rooms are large and have a mix of old fashioned and modern style, which is why this is my favourite hotel in Gatwick. There’s a gym and a steam room as well. The steam room could use an upgrade, but it’s good enough.

The breakfast cost £13 or £14 and was basic. The coffee didn’t seem fresh, and it came from a steel thermos since there’s no coffee machine. My room was clean and the carpet seemed fairly new, but the decor badly needs updating. It felt a bit like a Britannia Hotel. The air con was the biggest letdown. The hotel advertises air con, and my booking specifically said “fully functioning air con,” but the chillers are switched off in autumn and winter. I get hot easily, so that wasn’t great. Reception confirmed the chillers were off, then the staff member tried to explain his definition of air con when I pointed out what the website and booking said. I asked for a fan, but the one they brought was so small it was useless. I mentioned the issue to the checkout staff, but they didn’t seem very bothered. The staff were otherwise pleasant.
