The beds were wonderfully comfortable, the rooms really clean, and I felt well looked after all weekend. The staff were faultless, and the location was great. Food was nice too. Drinks felt a little expensive, though I suppose that's hotel pricing across the UK. Highly recommend.

The restaurant was packed on Saturday 28th February, but the two lads behind the bar kept everything moving. The two Toms, Tom S and Tom B, I think, were quick with the drinks, clearing tables and always finding something else to do. Really hardworking, with a great work ethic. Huge shoutout to them, they're a credit to the business. Amazing job!

The location made it easy to take an evening walk to the canal and find somewhere local to eat. We were in Dudley for the Four National Chess League, and the Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill-Dudley made us feel welcome from arrival. Check-in was efficient, and free parking was a great bonus. After a demanding day of chess, the SPA was a real sanctuary. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable, and breakfast had lots of quality choices in a spacious dining area. A lovely hotel that understands what guests need. I'll be back for future tournaments. Highly recommended!

I was there for tennis and only stayed a few days. The rooms were decent for the price, with a TV, comfortable beds and a clean bathroom overlooking the surrounding area. Check-in and checkout went well. I didn't pay for the extra services like the spa, so I can't say how those are. The location wasn't great for things to do. There’s a David Lloyd, a few places to eat and the Merry Hill shopping centre, but not much else.

Really good hotel for a reasonable price, with friendly staff and good facilities. Karl at reception deserves a big thank-you for helping me find my lost purse. He went above and beyond to track it down and get it back to me. The 2 Tom’s also worked tirelessly all evening in a very busy bar and restaurant, serving tables, cleaning and keeping the bar stocked and tidy.
